Quality Management System (QMS)
Preamble – Quality Management System outlines structure of the quality system and serves as a reference in the implementation and maintenance of the quality system. It contains policies, goals, procedures, plans, records that demonstrate that the GTL Infrastructure Ltd is able to control the principal requirements of the international standard. QMS aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system including processes for continual improvement of the system. Our QMS adheres to the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008.
These processes are documented, implemented and monitored by the concerned process owners, and are audited twice a year by our Quality Management System team.
The training module is designed to help our employees improve their competency, which is reviewed once in six months. GTL Infra focuses on continual improvement in the QMS practices for the betterment of the business.
Focus on Continual Improvement
Responsibility towards Environment
We have sensitized every employee of our organisation towards the impact of global warming on our planet. We execute a detailed study on the impact of our projects on air, water, land, flora, fauna and human beings. The study enables us to train and educate the stakeholders to address the concerned environmental issues appropriately. Our endeavor as an IP player is to extend our efforts in reducing CO2 footprint as part of telecom engagement.
Our HSE Responsibility
We are an ‘Operationally Excellent Service Organisation’ with the excellence in process, quality mindset and the highest standards in health and safety.
Health and Safety is one of the core elements of our value ‘Environment’. We have set yearly compliance criteria related to HSE, of which few are listed below:
- Site assessment for risk assessment
- Safe structures
- Electrical safety requirement and training
- Height safety training
- Medical fitness of rigger
- Road safety
- 4-Wheeler defensive driving training
- SMS alerts about safety rules
- Do’s & Don’ts
We have set a goal of ‘Zero Fatalities’ for which we have formed the SCT (Safety Core Team) and ECT (Environmental Core Team) for periodic review of fatalities, accidents, incidents and near misses.
